Hey, you're in the hobby / travel zone--YOUR HANDYMAN ZONE!

Fishing Category

Hobby / Travel:

Bait, maintaining it.

Guide:

You are only as good in your ability to fish as is the condition of your bait that you use to actually fish.  Given that this is the case, it is vitally important that you properly maintain your fishing bait.  This primarily concerns your live bait.

Your bait should be properly maintained, meaning they should be kept cool in order to allow them to remain as active as possible for later use in the water to attract fish; dead, non-fresh bait are not as alluring to fish as are lively, fresh bait.  So, to maintain your live fish bait--like worms--properly, remember to store them in a cooler or white box, and use ice to cause your fish bait to remain cool and fresh.
